Folasade Akintade, an experienced makeup artist and esthetician, is the CEO and founder of Queen Beauty Lounge and Royal Esthetic Institute in Lagos, Nigeria, and the USA. Her impact spans global beauty industry growth, focusing on commercial makeup artistry, esthetics, and empowering young beauty professionals. With Queen Beauty Lounge thriving since 2012, Folasade’s success inspired her to establish the Royal Esthetic Institute (REI), offering training to at-risk and underserved youth. Armed with degrees in Finance, Folasade’s aim is to create opportunities for underserved populations through a comprehensive REI curriculum, nurturing student success and potential.
Mosunmola Akintade
Head of Admissions & Student Counselor
Mosunmola Akintade, a dedicated counselor with a decade of social work experience, specializes in guiding at-risk youth towards independence. Holding degrees from Delaware State University and the University of Maryland Baltimore, she’s the Director of Admissions at the Royal Esthetic Institute, screening passionate candidates for the beauty industry. With her rich social work background, Mosunmola empowers students for success, providing guidance and mentorship, while aiming to make a meaningful impact on their potential.
Nneka Chukwudozie
Student Success Coordinator
Nneka Chukwudozie is a Literacy Coordinator at a historically black college (HBCU). She is a graduate from Bowie State University with a Bachelors Degree in International Relations and an Masters Degree in Organizational Communications.
She works with students to educate them on the financial principles and lifelong strategies to ensure their financial wellbeing. She loves inspiring and discovering new ways to teach financial education to both students and faculty. Nneka’s goal is to provide a relatable approach to her students in maximising their potential to attain lifelong success.
